Terms of service.
What this service does
platform.ltm-cli.dev is a managed backend for the ltm protocol. Signed-in users can push, pull, and manage Core Memory Packets via the ltm CLI or this dashboard. The service is free, has no SLA, and is not required to use the ltm protocol — anyone can self-host a compatible server using the reference implementation.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old (GDPR minimum) or the minimum legal age in your country of residence, whichever is higher. The service is available worldwide, but all data processing happens in the EU (see the privacy policy for details).
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and CLI token secret, and for the content you push. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. One account per person.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content — anything prohibited under EU or Dutch law stays off the platform.
- No storing other people's private data without a legal basis — the packets you push should describe your own work.
- No abuse of the service — no spam, brute-force, scraping other users' data, or attempting to bypass access controls.
- No circumventing rate limits or quotas. If you hit them we will ask you to self-host.
- No using the platform to build a directly competing hosted product that resells access to our infrastructure.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of the packets you push. You grant us a narrow, revocable licence to store, process, and display them solely to operate the service for you — nothing more. When you delete a packet or your account, that licence ends immediately.
The platform source code is published under the Apache-2.0 licence. The ltm protocol itself is a public specification — no rights reserved against implementers.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability, fitness for purpose, or absence of bugs. There is no uptime guarantee on the free tier. For production workloads, self-host.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, on the free tier, is zero. This does not limit liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from /account; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms after at least one written notice — except in cases of manifestly illegal use, where we act immediately. When we terminate an account, your data is deleted on the same schedule as self-initiated deletion.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced by email and on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period counts as acceptance; if you disagree, close your account before the change takes effect.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court of Utrecht, the Netherlands, unless mandatory EU consumer law gives you the right to sue in your country of residence — in which case that right is preserved.
Changelog
